The Parque Norte business park is a complex made up of six office blocks and a central outdoor area that forms the heart of the complex. The remodelling of this area reorganises the outdoor terraces between the buildings, giving rise to new opportunities. Different surroundings and areas in which to relax, meet, organise gatherings or work outdoors.
The terraces are conditioned with long, snaking lines of the Escofet modular Serp Confort backless bench, which act as vegetation and biodiversity retainers. The sinuous model has inserts with customised radii and integrated lighting recessed in the continuous baseboard.
An aggregation of backless benches from Escofet’s Boxland collection has been installed at the entrance of each of the six buildings in the business park, with text in bas-relief, in the form of totems that identify the buildings: Abedul (birch), Encina (holm oak), Álamo (poplar), Roble (oak), Olmo (elm) and Madroño (arbutus).
