In this project Escofet approaches for the first time the integral replacement of the exterior cladding of a building with a ventilated facade system.
The facade is composed of 404 UHPC concrete panels 3 cm thick, painted exterior finish and variable rectangular geometry, with a maximum panel dimension of 258 cm. The continuous substructure of aluminum profiles for the fastening, fixing and anchoring of the panels allows the installation in backing of the integral system of thermal insulation, waterproofing and protection against fire.
