The project, intended for a dental clinic and located on the outskirts of the capital of Mallorca, focuses in the user's experience creating a relaxing atmosphere with a sense of “protection” from the outside.
The program is developed in a single plant, a double façade solution carried out through a prefabricated concrete system, making use of a modulation generated by the assembled pieces that follow a rhythm of solids and voids.
This rhythm is extended to the fence that enclosures the building’s perimeter and to the outer pavement of the clinic, thanks to the perforated concrete elements.
