The building is conditioned by the rectangular perimeter imposed by urban planning parameters. This perimeter is set forth as a concrete structural body which, with the strategic implementation inside of a further four, produces a column-free vertical structure. The inner volumes, designed as rigid, concrete structural nucleuses, contain the services, installations and entrances.
The façade comprises two facings: concrete on the outside and a second skin on the interior to ensure accurate measurements, presenting a higher quality wooden finish.
