The Riviera Shopping Mall is the leading shopping and entertainment center in Pomerania, promote by Mayland Real Estate Sp. z o.o. with a built area of 70.000 sqm of tenanting space on two levels holding 250 shops, Multiplex cinema, Foodcourt, Hypermarket, and 1800 parking places.
Projected by the architects Piotr Michalewicz and Mateusz Tanski, cutting-edge solutions were utilized in the Center’s architecture and design, resembling the French Riviera. Awarded in 2013 by CEE Retail Awards as Developer of the Year, Extended/Refurbished Projecte of the Year and in 2014 it has been again awarded by Prime Property Prize Tricity as the Best Shoping Center 2014.
Entrance public space is organized with urban furniture produced by Escofet: Modular bench as a sinuous retaining wall of the green, Bollards limiting the access from the road and Extasi spotting in the middle of the piazza.
