The new headquarters of Repsol energy company is a modern architectural complex, located in the metropolitan area of Madrid on Mendez Alvaro Street, south of central Madrid. The building complex is conceived as an university campus, with four volumes grouped around a central garden that creates an atmosphere similar to a monastery cloister.
Tilman Latz Landscaping for this space has been instrumental in the design of the building designed to gather around a natural space. A central garden organized out of a precast concrete modular pieces developed and manufactured by Escofet, with a triple function: limit, bench and planter.
