The total renovation of this 1990's office building, originally designed by the Tous & Fargas firm, aims to improve its energy efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, receive LEED certification and update its public image.
The operation consists of specific work on the façade and the common zones, especially the entrance and the foyer. The outdoor spaces surrounding the building are also reworked to connect them more efficiently to the city.
The courtyard is reorganised using Concret seats and a special water fountain, also in Slimconcrete, set on yellow rubber paving and a timber deck.
