The new building for the Manresa Courts proposes a lattice façade system to shelter it from direct sunlight. The concrete panels that hold these lattices are attached to the floor slabs on each level of the building, separated from the plane of the windows. These components are calculated to minimise the section of the vertical and horizontal frames and thus maximise their lightness while fulfilling the structural requirements.
